篦式冷卻機 Grate  Cooler

篦式冷卻機是一種驟冷式冷卻機，篦式冷卻機原理是：用鼓風機吹冷風，將鋪在篦板上成層狀的孰料加以驟冷，使孰料溫度由1200℃驟降至100℃以下，冷卻的大量廢氣除入窯作二次風，還可以入煤磨作烘干熱源用。

Grate cooler is a cooler cooling down suddenly. Its working principle is:  blow cool air with blower and cool down the stratified clinker on the grate, so  that the clinker temperature drops from 1200℃  to lower than 100℃,  the large quantity of cooled waster gas enters into the kiln as secondary air.  It can also enter into the coal mill as drying heat source.
